Obituary for Gregory John Marciano
Gregory John Marciano, age 69, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. Born in Newark, Greg was raised in Irvington and has resided in Brick for past 45 years.
Mr. Marciano proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam.
Gregory was a communicant of St. Dominic’s RC Church in Brick for many years. He enjoyed collecting coins and stamps and especially loved the outdoors and hunting.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Virginia and his son Patrick; his siblings, Michael Guadalupe, David and Joseph Marciano, Carolyn Sikora, Linda Phipps, Jenny Marciano and Lisa Marciano.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 26th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Dominic’s RC Church, Brick followed by the interment at the NJ Veteran’s Cemetery, Wrightstown.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that donations in Gregory's name be made to: DAV – Disabled American Veterans P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301
