To the Drew Family, Hank was one of those Special Law Enforcement Officers who "Helped People" and "Made A Difference". When the PAPD began to support the New Jersey Special Olympics Program, Hank recruited the Difeo Automotive Group to step up as a major sponsor for the Law Enforcement Torch Run, providing vehicles and financial support. Hank also worked on the Torch Run year after year volunteering his time at the Summer and Winter Games giving hope for a better life to the New Jersey Special Olympics Athletes.
