Obituary for Brenda A. Sahlin DC

Brenda Alice Sahlin, DC, 63, of Wall Township and a longtime resident of Ocean Township passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at her home.
Born in Camden, she had resided in Ocean Township for many years before recently moving to Wall Township. Brenda was a graduate of Life Chiropractic College and maintained a practice in Ocean Township as Chiropractic Health & Nutrition Center for over 23 years.
She was predeceased by her father George Sahlin, and is survived by her beloved mother Joan (nee Keefe) Sahlin of Felton, DE and her 4 brothers Michael, Stephen, Thomas and William Sahlin, and many nieces, nephews and cousins
The family will receive friends for on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall, NJ 07719.

I fell in love with Brenda the first time I laid eyes on her. That was over 40 years ago, and I've never stopped loving her. She was perfect, and I miss her. I often light a candle for her at Sunday Mass. Prayers for Joan and the family.

We are all heartbroken by the loss of Brenda. I had the privilege of working with her in the Lambertville office. She truly cared about her patients and friends. She helped so many achieve better health. Unfortunately we all fall victim to sickness and death. I am deeply saddened by this terrible news. My heart goes out to Brenda’s family, especially Brenda’s mother, to whom she was absolutely devoted. Brenda was a dear friend and colleague who worked in my Lambertville office as a nutritional consultant.

I knew Brenda since I first met her in the early 2000's, when I was the staff nutritionist at Dean's Natural Food Market. Her smile was perpetual; like a magnet, she drew people to her with her warmth & her genuine love for humanity.
