Phyllis Iaione, 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 11, 2018.
Phyllis was born and raised in Plainfield and moved to Manasquan in 1989 before residing in Brick for the last 13 years. Phyllis was a proud homemaker, an avid reader and enjoyed cooking. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Phyllis was a past president of the Rosary Altar Society at St. Bernard’s in Plainfield.
Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Biaggio and Carmela Parello; her brothers and sister; and by her beloved husband of 62 years, Anthony Iaione in 2011.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Cynthia Biddle and her husband, Stephen of Howell; her loving granddaughters, Kimberly Doyle and her husband, Matthew of Howell, Jamie Johnson and her husband, John of Brick; and her precious great-granddaughters, Emma and Ava Doyle, who were her pride and joy.
A visitation will take place on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 3-7PM at O’Brien Funeral Home, Brick. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Denis on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM, followed by an interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Brielle.
