Condolence: Bart Major was a unique and vivacious individual who never backed down when he knew he was right, who never let down those he loved and cared for. A man that lived life fully and with great gusto! He was my friend for over three decades and I was very much looking forward to seeing him again in September. Bart and I grew up together in Ringwood and became closer friends in Lakeland Regional High School. I recently reconnected with him through his brother Gasper. I was emailing Bart about our upcoming 35th high school reunion and giving him the details.

I have fond memories of my buddy all the way back to kindergarten where we sat next to one another till 3rd grade and I watched Bart catch minnows and crayfish in the Peter Cooper stream at lunchtime and dissect them in his desk while the teacher looked away.
